Welcome to MangoMonitor! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the terms described below. Please read this document carefully before using our services.

1. About MangoMonitor

MangoMonitor is a URL and service monitoring platform that allows users to register projects and URLs to track their availability, performance, and operational status. Our system performs periodic checks and notifies users in case of incidents such as outages, unavailability, or response failures.

2. Eligibility

To use MangoMonitor, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to accept these terms on behalf of an entity.

3. Registration and Account

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
  • MangoMonitor is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Plans and Payments

  • Starter Plan: Free for 7 days, includes 3 monitored services.
  • Professional Plan: R$ 39.90/month with rights to monitoring up to 50 services.
  • Annual plan subscription guarantees 2 free months.

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

5. Monitoring and Notifications

  • The system performs automatic checks on registered services according to the chosen frequency.
  • URL status is classified as UP, DOWN, or UNREACHABLE.
  • MangoMonitor uses reasonable mechanisms to ensure data accuracy but does not guarantee 100% availability or event coverage.

6. Usage Limitations

Users agree not to use MangoMonitor to:

  • Monitor systems without authorization.
  • Execute denial of service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Insert malicious URLs or URLs that infringe third-party rights.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, without prior notice, especially in cases of malicious or abusive use of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the MangoMonitor platform, including logo, interface, brand, and content, are reserved. Reproduction or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.

9. Terms Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. In case of significant changes, we will notify users via email or through the platform itself.

10. Disclaimer

MangoMonitor is a support tool. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the unavailability of monitored URLs, notification failures, or service interruptions.
